  • We will safeguard, according to strict standards of security and confidentiality. Any information our customers share with us.
  • We will limit the collection and use of customer information to the minimum we require to deliver exceptional service to our clients which includes advising our customers about our products, services and other opportunities and to administer our business.

Incase you make a flight booking with us, or that your planned trip includes a flight, the relevant personal information will be provided to the applicable airline. Equally, if your trip is operated by a non-Premier partner, your personal information will be provided to that specific company for purposes of confirmation to offer the relevant services.

Your personal information will also be shared with third-party travel providers and partners for the sole purpose of improving our experiences and services, investigate any complaints and/or disputes where necessary.

However, it is advisable that you familiarize yourself with the privacy policies of all the Third-party travel and tour operators you select to provide services. Premier safaris (K) Limited will not be responsible for the privacy practices of third-party providers with whom you may choose to make reservations with regarding particular products and services through us.

We collect both your personal and Technical information to help us improve in serving you better. Personal information entails the meaning given under your local data protection law, and the meaning of personal data where applicable.

Usually, the type of personal information we collect regarding you is the relevant information needed to facilitate your travel related services and/products, arrangements and bookings on your behalf.

Therefore, we process the following types of personal information about you:

  • Payment account information (credit/debit card details)
  • Information about your dietary requirements and health issues (if any)

Premier safaris (K) Limited aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete or limit the use of your personal data. If you wish to be informed what personal data we hold about you and if you want it removed from our systems, please contact us. In certain circumstances, you have the right to:

  • Access and receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • To rectify any personal data we hold about you.
  • Request the deletion of personal data about you.

Once a request has been made, you will receive an acknowledgement of your request and we will advice you on the timeframe within which you will receive your information pack.  We endeavor to respond to such requests within a period of 30 days or less from the day of acknowledgement of the request. Nevertheless, we reserve the right to extend this period for complex requests which require more processing time.

In some instances, we reserve the right to deny you access for any reason permitted under applicable references. Such exemptions may include national security, confidential references and corporate finance aspects. If we deny access or correction, we will provide you with the written reasons for such denial unless it is unreasonable to do so and where required by local data protection laws, will note your request and the denial of same in our records.

For example, most travel bookings must be made under the passenger’s full name and must include contact details and appropriate identification (e.g., Passport details). This will deter us from making a booking without such crucial information.

You must always provide accurate information and you agree to update it whenever necessary. Additionally, in the absence of any update, we can assume that the information submitted to us is correct, unless we subsequently become aware that it is not correct. You can at any time tell us not to send you marketing communications by email by clicking on the unsubscribe link within the marketing emails you receive from us or by contacting us as indicated in the below policy.

However, we may request you to provide your identity before any of the above requests is responded to for verification purposes. This will be to prevent unauthorized disclosure of personal information. We reserve the right to charge you a reasonable administrative fee for any manifestly unfounded or excessive requests concerning your access to your personal information, and for any additional copies of the personal information you may request from us.
